Do I need to pay for all of my Jira users?

Absolutely not! You only pay for the users that require access to Kendis. You can choose any number of users, e.g., 20 Kendis users even though you have 1000+ Jira users.

How long is trial period?

We offer 30 days trial period. Your account data will be removed 15 days after the expiration of the trial period, in case you don’t upgrade to the paid plans.

What payment methods do you support?

What if I want to change plans?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We calculate your remaining balance on pro-rata basis and adjust your next billing date and payment amount accordingly.
