We at Kendis loved seeing both new and familiar faces at the 2023 SAFe Summit in Prague! If you’re curious about the event, here is a little recap of what went down.
Partner Day
SAFe partners enjoyed an extra day of sessions and events prior to the official start of the event. This included talks about SAFe 6.0 across the Enterprise and how to differentiate yourself as a partner in the market.
At the partner dinner we caught up with partners we had met at the Denver SAFe Summit last year. We also spent this time setting up our booth and getting prepared for the main event!
Day 1
This was the most energetic day of the conference. The anticipation of the event was visible, and many were excited to be in Prague after having traveled from around the world.
The sessions involved deep–dives into SAFe 6.0 and the future of SAFe. There was a focus on OKRs, portfolio level, and value streams – all of which Kendis is providing support for. The keynote from Mckinsey & Company spoke about AI, which caused a lot of discussion throughout the conference hall the next day.
That evening was the welcoming reception, where dinner and drinks were provided and guests were encouraged to roam the main hall, network, and visit sponsor booths.
Day 2
The last day of the conference! It ended a bit too early – I think everyone would’ve enjoyed another day in Prague! The final day was a success; more networking, more demos, and a lot of intensive sessions. Mercedes Benz Mobility gave a great talk on their SAFe transformation. Nordea Bank (a Kendis customer!) gave the evening keynote to finish out the conference.
